 We have received details from Westlake Interactive that multiplayer support for Deus Ex is now ready, and we will be able to take on our PC counterparts at yet another title. Here's what they had to say...
After a review of the PC multiplayer code Westake received from Ion Storm earlier this week, we are pleased to have found the changes not as substantial as expected, allowing us to provide the Mac patch at no additional cost. Westlake is excited to be able to provide this service for the good of the Mac gaming community.
The Mac mulitplayer patch is a free download available to owners of Mac Deus Ex, and Mac players will be able to play against their PC friends.
